Thornton Le Dale, Yorkshire
This collection of photos were taken while we were on Holiday in Yorkshire, this was the village we stayed in "Thornton Le Dale" about 3 miles East of Pickering. It was a delightful place, very pretty with streams in every street which our dog loved playing in. Anyway here's a few pictures, it's just a shame the sun wasn't shinning.

The flowers which lined the path up to the church door were very pretty even though there wasn't much sun shinning on them.

Thornton Le Dale Show
Thornton Le Dale had their village country show while we were there, it was a wonderful day. Lots to see and do, a real country fair feel to it. There were cows, goats, horses, chickens, ducks, rabbits and entertainment in a show ring ranging from horses to some chap doing stunts on his mountain bike. We had an excellent time there and for a show that was held on Wednesday it was packed.
