Lots of Locos
This collection of photos was taken on yet another visit to the Watercress Line in Hampshire. They were holding their Steam Gala Weekend and had many steam locos in steam, 6 in all I think. I managed to get photos of 5, the one I missed was Bittern.
Here's is a small selection of photos taken on the Sunday afternoon.

60163 Tornado
Here Tornado is coming out from Ropley station and heading onto Alton.
Across the fields...
He we see the 9F 92212 steaming up the line in the bright Sunday afternoon sun.

Tank engine 5224

Double headed
Here is 850 Lord Nelson and 60163 Tornado double heading, it's a shame that they aren't both facing the same way. Still can't have everything. Nice to watch the two locos working together.
Medstead station
The Steam Gala seemed to be very popluar. Lots of people enjoying the event, the sun was shinning and everyone was smiling. What more could you ask for, sun and steam... A perfect sunday afternoon....
