Chatham Dockyard
On a very chilly easter Sunday morning we decided to take a trip to The Medway Festival of Steam and Transport at Chatham Dockyard. A bit of a drive but not to bad although when we get there we had to queue for a while out in the freezing cold. Lots to see, all the vehicles which include steam engines and steam locos along with the ships, the street form Call the midwife tv programme and many exhibitions in some beautiful buildings. Sadly the weather was very overcast so pictures are not great but at least it gives you an idea of the things that were there. If your in Kent and need something to do then its a good place to visit but I think a warmer sunny day would be better. Enjoy the pictures.
